Attention! The Summer 2009 Contest is now closed and in the reading/judging phase. All entries must be postmarked by the extended deadline of August 9, 2009 for competition consideration. All Summer 2009 Contest Winners will be notified by phone, postal mail or email and will be published online in the Dare to Dream pages, on September 9, 2009.
